** UPDATE (15-04-2016) **
I am now an Assistant Professor at the 3ME faculty in the Intelligent Vehicles and Cognitive Robotics section
****

I received my M.Sc. degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam in 2008.
Research for my PhD degree at the University of Amsterdam included Machine Learning and Bayesian methods for computer vision, with a focus on modeling trajectory dynamics and unsupervised discovery of motion patterns. Furthermore, I have been employed in part at Daimler Research and Development, Ulm, Germany, where I applied dynamical models to real-world pedestrian tracking and detection scenarios.
My PostDoc position at the TU Delft concerns computer aided analysis of patients with movements disorders in the Technology in Motion project (TIM), in close collaboration with the Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum (LUMC).
